Start with what matters

What Would You Like to Improve on Your Maserati?

Maserati sedans, coupes, and SUVs combine performance bodywork, large wheels, premium interiors, and daily luxury use, making paint protection, heat rejection, wheel care, easier maintenance, and security useful priorities. The goal cards below provide practical starting points based on different ownership priorities.

Find your Maserati

Protection and Customization by Maserati Model

Maserati recommendations vary across compact luxury SUVs, performance trims, grand-touring coupes and convertibles, electric Folgore models, mid-engine sports cars, and recently discontinued sedans and SUVs. These starting points should be adjusted for body style, powertrain, carbon-fiber parts, wheel and brake packages, finish, mileage, and ownership goals.

XPEL paint protection film

XPEL Paint Protection Film for Maserati Vehicles

Paint protection film creates a physical barrier over painted and suitable clear-coated surfaces to help reduce damage from road debris, minor abrasions, insects, staining, and regular driving exposure.

Maserati coupes, sedans, SUVs, and mid-engine models can expose low front bumpers, long hoods, sculpted rockers, side intakes, and broad rear quarters. Expanded coverage may be appropriate for MC20, performance trims, highway-driven grand tourers, and larger SUVs, with carbon fiber, specialty finishes, repairs, and existing film reviewed first.

Fit & installation

We use modified patterns, bulk installation, or custom techniques where appropriate. Edges, badges, access, and the condition of the existing finish are reviewed with the vehicle.

Care & follow-up

Follow the wash restrictions and film care instructions provided at pickup. Return for the complimentary three-week inspection required for continued workmanship coverage.

Window tint

Ceramic Window Tint for Maserati Cars and SUVs

Ceramic window tint can improve heat rejection and cabin comfort, reduce glare and UV exposure, and create a more balanced appearance across the vehicle.

Maserati sedans, coupes, convertibles, SUVs, and mid-engine vehicles use different window shapes and cabin layouts. Low cabins and frameless glass should be reviewed with visibility in mind, while SUV privacy glass may still receive ceramic film for heat rejection and panoramic roof glass should be reviewed separately.

Visible light transmission describes how much light passes through. Lower numbers look darker. We use actual samples and check the glass-and-film combination before settling on a shade.

Windshield protection film

Add a Replaceable Protective Layer to Your Maserati Windshield

Windshield protection film is installed on the exterior of the glass to help absorb impacts from ordinary road debris before they reach the factory windshield.

Maserati owners who tour, drive seasonally, or want to preserve original glass may benefit from windshield film as a replaceable exterior layer against ordinary road debris. This can be useful across SUVs, grand tourers, convertibles, and mid-engine cars. Availability depends on the exact windshield and its condition.

The film is replaceable, but it is also a wear item. Appearance and service life depend on mileage, road exposure, storage, maintenance, wiper use, and driving conditions.

Why Maserati Owners Choose Windshield Protection Film

Installed on the Exterior

We inspect the windshield, shape, existing damage, wiper access, and installation suitability. General categories start at $350 for qualifying short windshields and $550 for standard or larger glass.

Six-Month Restore Service

Mileage, road conditions, wiper use, storage, and care affect clarity and service life. Routine care is needed between visits. The complimentary six-month Restore application is explained on the service page.

Replaced When Worn

XPEL’s stated 12-month or 12,000-mile defect warranty is subject to its terms. Damage from road use and normal wear need to be assessed separately from a product defect.

We will review the vehicle’s body style, current finish, carbon-fiber details, brightwork, and existing film before finalizing coverage.

Maserati questions

Maserati Protection And Customization FAQs

Find answers to common questions about protecting, styling, and adding electronics to your Maserati, including pricing, compatibility, vehicle condition, installation, and scheduling.

What PPF coverage makes sense for a Maserati?

The right PPF coverage depends on the exact Maserati and how it is used. Front-End Defense protects the complete front end, while Apex Defense adds rocker panels, A-pillars, and the leading roof when expanded highway or lower-body coverage is appropriate. Low front bumpers, long hoods, sculpted rockers, side intakes, broad rear quarters, SUV lower panels, carbon fiber, specialty finishes, repairs, existing film, and road or track use must be reviewed before expanded or full-body coverage is finalized.

How much does Maserati paint protection film cost?

Maserati Standard gloss PPF packages start at $1,595 for sedans/coupes or $1,795 for SUVs/trucks for Strike Zone coverage. Complete full-front protection starts at $2,295 for sedans/coupes or $2,495 for SUVs/trucks, Apex Defense starts at $3,195 for sedans/coupes or $3,495 for SUVs/trucks, and full-body PPF starts at $6,995 for sedans/coupes or $7,995 for SUVs/trucks. Final pricing depends on the model, trim, film, paint condition, existing film, and requested coverage.

How should ceramic tint be selected for a Maserati?

Tint should be selected after reviewing the exact Maserati glass configuration and the driver's heat, glare, privacy, and visibility goals. Ceramic film can improve heat rejection even where factory privacy glass already changes the appearance of rear glass. Frameless windows, convertible configurations, rear and roof glass, low-cabin visibility, windshield sensor housings, and SUV privacy glass where equipped should be reviewed before the film and shade are selected.

Can ceramic coating be used on Maserati paint, PPF, wheels, calipers, carbon fiber, and interiors?

Yes, compatible paint, compatible PPF, wheels, calipers, suitable clear-coated carbon fiber, and interior surfaces on a Maserati can be coated with products matched to each surface. Ceramic coating improves slickness, water behavior, gloss on suitable finishes, and ease of cleaning, but it does not provide rock-chip protection. Specialty finishes and repaired panels require separate inspection and surface-specific products.

How is remote-start compatibility checked across Maserati gasoline, electric, performance, and collector vehicles?

Remote-start compatibility must be confirmed for the exact Maserati before a system is recommended. Model year, powertrain, transmission, factory equipment, connected services, and modifications can change the available functions. Electric, performance, specialty, manual-transmission, and collector vehicles require an individual compatibility and power-management review.

Can IGLA, SPYNEX, or another compatible immobilizer be installed on a Maserati?

An aftermarket immobilizer may be available for a Maserati, but compatibility is not assumed. The exact model, model year, electronic platform, and supported system must be reviewed before recommending IGLA, SPYNEX, or another option. Authorization methods and daily-use functions depend on the selected system.

Is GPS tracking useful for a Maserati kept seasonally, stored, or transported?

GPS tracking can add location visibility, movement alerts, and useful vehicle information for a Maserati used for seasonal ownership, storage, touring, or transport. Available functions, cellular coverage, and update frequency depend on the hardware, service plan, signal conditions, and system configuration. Tracking does not prevent theft or guarantee recovery.

Can a Maserati be vinyl wrapped over carbon fiber or specialty paint?

Selected painted Maserati surfaces may be wrapped after the finish, existing film, clear-coated carbon fiber, and specialty materials are inspected. Full color changes, roof treatments, or selected trim and performance accents can be considered where the surfaces are suitable. Vinyl does not repair damaged paint, and removal risk is higher on repainted, failing, or compromised finishes.

Do you work on pre-owned or recently discontinued Maserati vehicles with existing film, prior repairs, or specialty surfaces?

Yes, pre-owned, recently discontinued, recently produced, electric, performance, and collector Maserati vehicles can be evaluated for protection, appearance, and compatible electronics. We inspect paint condition, prior repairs, repainted panels, existing film or coating, contamination, glass damage, modifications, specialty materials, and electronic-platform compatibility as relevant. Some conditions may limit installation or require correction, but correction is not always possible.

How long will the installation take?

Window tint may be completed during one appointment. Full-front PPF, coatings, wraps, full-body PPF, or combined packages may require multiple days. The expected schedule is provided after the vehicle and selected services are reviewed.
