The size and shape of your windshield affect the installation work. We’ll check your vehicle and confirm the price before you book.
The Starting Condition
Existing damage, heavy contamination, coatings or previous film can require extra attention. Glass must be suitable for installation; film does not repair chips or scratches.
The Work Required
We identify any separately quoted preparation or removal before proceeding. You receive a vehicle-specific installation price without having to measure the windshield.

Wait at least 48 hours before washing. Keep the film and blades clean and avoid scrapers, snow brushes and abrasive cleaning on the film.
Your installation includes one complimentary WPF Restore application at approximately six months. Follow the Restore instructions supplied for your film and product between visits, and contact us if water repellency or clarity changes sooner.

Qualifying professional installations carry XPEL’s limited warranty for one year or 12,000 miles driven from installation, whichever comes first. It covers qualifying film defects, including yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delamination. It does not cover windshield damage or normal wear.

Which windshields qualify for the $350 starting price?
The $350 starting price applies to qualifying short windshields under 60 inches across. Some Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator, Bronco, Land Cruiser and Lexus GX models may qualify. Tell us what you drive, and we’ll confirm the price for your vehicle.
Is the $550 option a better grade of film?
No. Both starting-price categories use XPEL Windshield Protection Film. The difference is glass size and installation fitment.
Do I need to measure my windshield?
No. Start with your year, make, model and trim. We confirm the category from the vehicle and inspect the glass where needed.
Is the six-month Restore application included?
Yes. Your installation includes one complimentary WPF Restore application at approximately six months. Follow the product instructions supplied for ongoing care between visits and contact us sooner if clarity or water repellency changes.
Are glass repair and new wipers included?
No. Windshield repair, glass replacement, previous-film removal, replacement wipers and additional preparation are separately quoted when needed. We explain that work before proceeding.
What can change the final installation price?
Windshield size, curvature, access, specialty features, glass condition, previous film and required preparation can affect the quote. Starting prices assume clean, serviceable glass with no old film to remove.
Is windshield protection film permanent?
No. It is a replaceable exterior layer. Mileage, weather, parking, road exposure, wiper use and maintenance affect how long it remains serviceable. Worn or damaged film can be professionally assessed for removal and replacement.
Can WPF be installed over an existing chip or crack?
Yes, WPF can be installed over chips, but we recommend having them repaired first. We do not install over cracks.
How do I arrange installation?
Request a vehicle-specific quote below. We confirm the glass, price and appointment details before booking. Submitting the inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
Does a standalone WPF installation include a loaner?
No. Loaner vehicles are available for qualifying multi-day installations of $1,995 or more, subject to availability. Transportation arrangements are confirmed when scheduling.
