Compatible hardware must be installed in the vehicle. Hardware determines what it can communicate; your service plan determines which connected functions are active.
Plan availability and pricing can change. We’ll confirm current options at purchase. Connected functions may stop when service expires.
On compatible equipment, you can start the vehicle before leaving work, lock it after wondering whether you forgot, or check available vehicle status. Cellular communication can reach beyond normal key-fob range when the vehicle and phone have the connection they need.
At handoff, review the event types your installation can report, account access, app permissions, and phone notification settings. We’ll explain the equipment and plan choices before installation, so you know what is included and what requires ongoing service.
Keep your physical remote in mind, too. It remains useful for quick nearby control. DroneMobile does not make it obsolete.
Begins with installed security equipment noticing something: Impact Detection, Tilt Detection, Glass Break Detection where selected, supported doors, hood, trunk, and hatch openings; or other eligible events such as motion and attempted starts.
DroneMobile can pass eligible alarm information to your phone when the connected equipment, service, and app are working.

GPS does not prevent theft. It supplies location information, with no guarantee of accuracy or recovery.
Geofences are location boundaries that can notify you when the vehicle enters or leaves an area. Trip history shows past travel on eligible plans. These tools can support personal, family, high-value, work, rental, or fleet vehicles you are authorized to monitor.
Explore GPS TrackingDelivery depends on alarm equipment, installed sensors, DroneMobile hardware, active service, vehicle power, cellular coverage, account access, app permissions, and phone notification settings. Alerts can be delayed, missed, muted, blocked, or unavailable.
If an alert suggests active theft, prioritize personal safety and contact authorities. Do not confront anyone or pursue the vehicle.

GPS supplies location information. Dashcams provide video evidence.
DroneMobile is not an immobilizer. IGLA and SPYNEX are not GPS trackers. Compatible layers can work together; none guarantees prevention, notification, or recovery.

Tell us your year, make, model, trim, and start method, plus your current Compustar system, factory features, electronics, and any faults.
We’ll review where you park, whether remote start matters, and your alarm, GPS, dashcam, and service-plan goals. Phone control alone may need different hardware than a complete security setup. You don’t need to choose technical modules yourself.
Check My VehicleQualifying hardware defects have manufacturer coverage. Standard DroneMobile coverage is generally one year from the original purchase date when registration requirements are met; eligible systems may qualify for limited lifetime coverage under subscription and warranty terms.
Exclusions include physical, collision, and water damage; misuse; unauthorized removal; improper installation by another shop; outside forces; and subscription service issues. Drone XC warranty may differ. See complete terms and exclusions.

On compatible installations, yes. Compustar detects supported events, DroneMobile communicates connected information, and IGLA or SPYNEX adds separate owner authorization. One does not replace the others.
No. Drone XC is a separate connected-camera product within the ecosystem, with its own equipment, service requirements, and potentially different warranty terms.
