SEE IT BEFORE WE MAKE IT

See and Approve Your Design Before Production

Bring your logo, business information and ideas. We’ll review the artwork and plan the design for your actual vehicle, including its doors, body lines and existing color.

You’ll review a proof, a preview showing the planned graphics and coverage. Your authorized decision-maker approves the final vehicle-specific proof in writing before production.

The proposal explains the design work and revisions included. A screen preview shows the direction; it cannot guarantee an exact color match to the finished graphics.

ONE VEHICLE OR MANY

One Consistent Brand as Your Business Grows

Two black GMC pickups with coordinated red business graphics

One work vehicle may only need lettering, spot graphics or a wrap. A fleet program helps keep the look consistent as you add vehicles or work across different models.

We can plan several similar vehicles, a mixed fleet or an installation schedule in stages. A different vehicle model may need changes to the current design, or a redesign, to make it fit.

Plan fleet graphics & vehicle branding

Matching vehicles can share a layout. Mixed models, different body sizes and replacement vehicles need their own review. We can agree on phased installation around vehicle availability.

GET A PRICE FOR YOUR PROJECT

A Written Proposal for Your Vehicle and Design

Vehicle-specific / project-specific written quote

Commercial graphics are quoted for the actual work. There is no universal starting price for lettering, wraps or fleet projects.

Compare services and quote factors

The vehicle, amount of coverage, design work, chosen material and any old graphics or paint concerns all affect the price. For several vehicles, we also plan how the design and installation fit each one.

Your written proposal sets out what is included, the price and the schedule. Tell us how long you can have the vehicle off the road before we book the work.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP

From Your First Idea to Installation

  1. Tell us about the business.

Share your main service, logo, vehicle details and the look you want. Unsure about coverage? We can help you choose.

  2. Review the vehicle and quote.

We check the vehicle, paint condition and artwork, then define the work and price in your written proposal.

  3. Approve the design.

Check the wording, contact details, coverage and design. Written approval comes before production.

  4. Bring the vehicle to Raynham.

We confirm the installation schedule, complete the work and review care instructions with you at pickup.

AFTER THE INSTALLATION

Keep Your Graphics Looking Professional

Keep washing gentle.

Follow the delivery instructions before the first wash. Hand washing is preferred. Avoid brush washes, harsh chemicals and pressure directed at the edges. Contact us if an edge lifts or a panel is damaged.

Plan for wear and future changes.

Sun, winter use, washing and storage affect how long the graphics look their best. A replacement panel may look different beside older graphics. Removal also depends on the paint underneath. Commercial vinyl graphics are for appearance and branding, not the rock-chip and impact protection offered by paint protection film.

Qualifying installations include a one-year Kickin’ Customs workmanship warranty, subject to written terms. Manufacturer coverage depends on the selected film and application.

Wait seven days before washing, and follow the material-specific directions supplied at pickup. Use gentle washing and keep pressure away from edges. Read the Vinyl Wrap Maintenance Guide.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Commercial Graphics Questions

Can you help with just one vehicle?

Yes. We plan commercial graphics for individual business vehicles as well as fleets. The right service depends on the message and the vehicle, not a minimum fleet size.

Do I need a finished design?

No. We can review your logo and ideas and define the design help you need in the written proposal. Artwork may need cleanup or rebuilding before it can be used.

What if the paint is damaged or there are old graphics?

Tell us before quoting. Peeling paint, rust, previous repairs or old vinyl can change what we can wrap and how much preparation is needed. Vinyl does not repair damaged paint.

Can you include required vehicle markings?

We can include markings you supply and approve. You are responsible for confirming the information and requirements that apply to your vehicle.
