YOUR BRAND, ACROSS THE VEHICLE
Make your company recognizable across the vehicle, with a clear name, main service and contact details that work together.
Bring your company name, colors, services and contact details into one coordinated design so customers can identify the business and know how to reach you.
Unlike separate lettering, broad printed graphics create a branded background across the approved visible panels, giving you more control over the vehicle’s appearance.
Carry the same logo, colors and main message from one work vehicle to the next. Each layout is adapted so the brand stays recognizable across different vehicles.
COMPLETED COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Three views of the same Ground Control Ram ProMaster show how the business name and graphic layout continue from the side to the rear. Door openings, handles and body contours remain part of the installation plan.
THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF GRAPHICS

Broad printed areas establish a coordinated branded appearance. Review full-wrap coverage.

Connected graphics work with the paint that remains visible. Explore partial wraps.

A focused name, logo and contact details can be enough. Explore lettering.
CLEAR COVERAGE
The approved exterior body panels carry the main design. Sides, rear and suitable front areas are defined for the actual vehicle.
Roofs, bumpers, eligible window areas and specifically requested surfaces need review and written inclusion.
Door jambs, interior openings, textured trim, rubber, sensors, lights and equipment are not automatically included.
Your approved design and written proposal determine final coverage. Graphics must keep lights, license plates, required markings and equipment usable. Glass and specialty media need separate review.
PLAN FOR THE VEHICLE YOU ACTUALLY DRIVE
A successful commercial wrap needs more than an attractive design on a screen. We plan how your branding fits the actual vehicle so the company name, services and contact details stay easy to read around doors, handles and body lines. Panel transitions, printed sections and installation details are considered before production.
We confirm the actual vehicle’s dimensions, roof height, wheelbase, body style, door openings, hinges, rivets, equipment and accessories before production. A door gap or handle should not interrupt the number or message someone needs.
Printed wraps are fitted in sections. Planned seams, edges, gaps and small shifts where graphics cross panels can remain visible up close.
The design cannot interfere with lights, plates, reflectors, cameras, sensors, steps or access points. Window graphics require a separate review of the specific glass and vehicle.
Your business must identify required markings and confirm their correct content and placement. Approving a visual design does not certify regulatory compliance.
SEE THE PLAN BEFORE WE PRINT
Send the approved logo, brand colors, main service and correct contact information. A vector logo, a file that stays sharp when enlarged, is preferred. Tell us about brand guidelines and required markings.
Learn about design and proofingReview the business details, exact vehicle, included areas and layout. Your authorized approver gives written approval before printing. Changes after approval need a revised proof and approval.
Start your vehicle reviewRebuilding a small or blurry logo can be separate design work. Your proposal explains the design, revisions and vehicle adaptations included. You must have permission to use the supplied logos, photos and other artwork.
A screen is useful for reviewing the layout, but it is not an exact printed-color sample. If brand matching is important, agree on a physical printed sample or other approved color reference.
CHOOSE A FINISH YOU CAN LOOK AFTER
We choose printable vehicle film and a compatible clear protective layer over the graphics. Gloss gives a reflective finish; suitable satin or matte options give a softer look. Availability and the vehicle guide the choice.
Finish choice also affects cleaning and visible wear. Specialty or reflective graphics and window film require their own review. Your proposal identifies the chosen film and protective finish.
CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFORE COMMITTING
Sound factory paint is usually the most predictable surface. Dents, chips and rough repairs can show through the finished graphics.
Rust, peeling clear coat and loose paint need attention before wrapping. Fresh paint needs the repair provider’s approval to be ready. Tell us about coatings and previous bodywork.
Removal and adhesive cleanup are quoted after inspection. Age, cracking and paint condition can change the time and risk. Removal cannot guarantee unchanged paint on every vehicle.
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
We review your message, vehicle details, photos, condition and timing. For fleets, include each body style and the order in which you need them.
We confirm the vehicle, design work, film, included areas, exclusions and installation plan. Repairs or old-graphic removal are addressed before scheduling.
We develop the vehicle-specific layout. You check the content and give written approval of the final proof before production.
We produce the approved graphics, prepare the vehicle and install them. At pickup, we review the finished work, care instructions and written warranty terms.

ONE VEHICLE NOW. MORE LATER.
Start with a shared direction for the logo, colors and main message. Then adapt it to each van, pickup, utility body, box truck, trailer or replacement vehicle.
A taller roof, different wheelbase or added rack can change the layout. Consistency means the brand is recognizable, even when every graphic cannot sit in the same physical place.
Approved design records and color references help with future units and repairs. Later graphics may still look different beside weathered material.
When the project allows it, installations can be phased around priority vehicles and your downtime limits. We agree on the vehicle list, approval contact and schedule before production.
Let us know who handles purchase orders, billing and changes so those decisions do not hold up the work.
Explore fleet graphics and brandingPRICE AND DOWNTIME
A pickup, a tall cargo van and a trailer are different projects. We quote the actual vehicle and agreed design.
Compare commercial graphics optionsVehicle size, coverage, design work, film and protective finish, difficult body details, paint condition and old-graphic removal all matter. A mixed fleet also needs layouts adapted to each vehicle.
Most full commercial wraps need a multi-day installation window after the proof, vehicle, materials and schedule are approved. Design and printing happen before that visit and are part of the overall timeline.
Your written proposal confirms the included work and downtime. Tell us about deadlines and operational limits before making commitments around a completion date.
A loaner may be available for qualifying multi-day installations totaling at least $1,995. Uber assistance may be available up to $80 total round trip. Eligibility, availability, insurance, scheduling and written terms apply.
Financing is subject to approval and current terms. Tell us about purchase orders, billing contacts and which vehicles need to stay in service; fleet billing arrangements require confirmation.

PLAN BEYOND INSTALLATION DAY
Follow the supplied care instructions. Remove fuel, grease, salt and other contamination promptly with approved products. Avoid abrasive brushes and pressure aimed into seams or edges.
Photograph damage before body repairs. A new graphic may not match aged material exactly. A changed phone number or service can require replacing a larger section of the design.
There is no universal lifespan. Use, storage, sun, washing and high-contact areas affect wear. Qualifying work includes a one-year workmanship warranty; manufacturer coverage is separate and product-specific.
A full wrap takes more design, installation, downtime and eventual removal than smaller graphics. It can build recognition, but it cannot guarantee leads or sales.
Wait seven days before washing, and follow the material-specific directions supplied at pickup. Use gentle washing and keep pressure away from edges. Read the Vinyl Wrap Maintenance Guide.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Not automatically. The roof, bumpers, glass, jambs and other special areas must be specifically included in your quote and approved coverage plan.
Your proposal lists the design work and proof rounds included. Logo rebuilding, added concepts, extra revisions and other body styles may require additional work.
We can review it, but it may need to be rebuilt before printing at vehicle size. That work is quoted and the rebuilt logo needs your approval.
Your authorized approver must check the business name, phone number, website, services and required markings before giving written approval to print.
The same brand direction can carry across the fleet. Different wheelbases, roofs, doors and equipment may need separate layouts and proofs.
Off-site installation is reviewed case by case. Space, temperature, cleanliness, lighting, access, equipment and security affect whether it is practical and what it costs.
Some rear or side windows may be eligible for approved perforated graphics. The specific glass, visibility, moving parts and requirements need review. Window coverage is not automatic.
Yes, when the correct information and placement requirements are supplied and approved. Your business is responsible for confirming what is required.
Film follows the surface underneath and does not repair it. Defects may show through, and failing paint or rust may need repair before wrapping.
Yes, when accepted after inspection. Removal, adhesive cleanup, paint condition and the existing film affect the quote and schedule.
Removal cannot guarantee unchanged paint. Repainted, repaired, chipped or deteriorated surfaces carry more risk.
There is no single term for every vehicle. Film, protective finish, exposure, mileage, storage, cleaning, chemicals and loading or equipment contact affect its life.
We can review it after any body repairs. A new section may differ from the aged graphics around it, so the replacement area needs planning.
No. It can support visibility and recognition, but leads and sales depend on many things beyond the graphics.
Qualifying installations include a one-year workmanship warranty under the written terms. Manufacturer coverage is separate. Damage, neglected care, failing paint and ordinary business-use wear are different from workmanship defects.
Start with your business details, vehicle or fleet list, clear photos, desired coverage, logo and brand files, deadline and downtime limits. Include old graphics, paint concerns and required markings.
Tell us what you know about the vehicle and the result you want. A rough fleet description is enough to start. Other project preferences are optional, and you do not need finished artwork. We will review the details before confirming a price or appointment.
