Your Business Message
A useful vehicle design brings together your business name, logo, colors, main service and contact information. The layout also needs to work with the actual paint color, door openings, handles and equipment.

FROM YOUR BUSINESS IDENTITY TO THE VEHICLE
Have a logo, a rough idea or an existing design that needs updating? We help turn it into graphics that fit your vehicle, with a clear proof to review before production.

MAKE THE IDEA WORK IN REAL LIFE
A design that works on a business card or website doesn't always translate well to a vehicle. Customers may only see your van or truck for a few seconds, and doors, body lines, and equipment can interrupt important information. We design around those challenges, turning your logo or starting idea into clear, professional graphics that fit your vehicle and are reviewed before production.
A useful vehicle design brings together your business name, logo, colors, main service and contact information. The layout also needs to work with the actual paint color, door openings, handles and equipment.
We help arrange the message so the business is easy to recognize. You review a vehicle-specific proof before production. The completed projects below show how thoughtful design translates into a professional appearance on real business vehicles.

COMPLETED COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Overall appearance, panel details and coordinated vehicles show why the artwork must fit the vehicle as well as the brand.
MAKE THE FIRST GLANCE COUNT
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Design and installation are distinct stages. Asking about design does not book an installation.
Share the company details, vehicle, artwork and intended direction. Tell us who will approve the work.
Review the available artwork and agreed design work, then plan around the actual vehicle, paint and equipment.
Check the proposed appearance and business information. Gather the decision-makers’ feedback for the agreed revision rounds.
The authorized representative checks the final version and approves it in writing before production.

START WITH THE BEST FILE YOU HAVE
Send the original logo file if you have it. Files from your designer are usually a better starting point than a screenshot or an image saved from social media.
Vector artwork, often supplied as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF, can be enlarged without becoming blocky. A large, clear PNG or JPEG may work too. We’ll check the file before deciding.
Have a brand guide, company color references or original photos? Include those as well. Please make sure you have permission to use the files you send.
A small or blurry logo may need to be redrawn before it will look good at vehicle size. We’ll explain the work and cost in the proposal.
You’ll check and approve the rebuilt logo before we use it in the vehicle design.
LOOK BEYOND THE TEMPLATE
We want your name and phone number to stay readable when they go on the vehicle. That means arranging the design around doors, handles, windows and equipment.
A taller van or a truck with storage compartments gives us different space to work with. The original paint color also matters wherever it will stay visible.
We use current photos and confirm measurements before making the graphics. A generic vehicle picture cannot show every detail of yours.
CHECK THE CONTENT AND THE VEHICLE
Your designated representative approves the final version in writing before production. Confirm your contact information and required markings, and test any QR-code destination. Approving the design does not certify regulatory compliance.
WHAT THE PROOF CAN SHOW
Use the proof to check the words, graphics, general size and position, and which parts of the vehicle will be covered.
A flat picture cannot show every curve, door gap, seam or small change in alignment. Those details affect how the design looks once installed.
A color on your phone may look different when printed and seen outdoors. Film, its protective finish and the vehicle’s curves also affect the appearance. If a particular brand color matters, talk to us about a physical sample before approving it.
REFINE THE DESIGN
Your proposal states how many design options and rounds of changes are included. Collect feedback from your team and send one clear list of changes for the version you’re reviewing.
A new logo, different vehicle or completely new look may go beyond the design work we quoted. We’ll discuss the extra cost and timing. Changes after approval may also mean remaking graphics.
Spotted a mistake after approving? Call us right away. We’ll stop production when possible and explain what needs to change, including any effect on the cost or schedule.

KNOW WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Your written proposal will identify which design files, if any, are included. The proof you approve is different from an editable source file or a production-ready printing file.
Tell us before we quote if you need files for other uses or another graphics provider. Fonts, licensed photographs and stock artwork may carry separate third-party restrictions. Your proposal states which files are delivered and how they may be used; paying for a proof does not automatically include all working files or usage rights.
UNDERSTAND THE DESIGN WORK
Your written proposal states the design work included with your graphics project and any design services quoted separately. We’ll explain the work and price before you decide to proceed.
Compare commercial graphics and pricingUsing a good logo file and an agreed layout takes less design work than rebuilding the artwork or developing several ideas. Extra vehicle models, revisions, samples or requested files can add work.
It depends on the artwork, number of designs and how quickly your team can review them. We’ll discuss timing after looking at the project. The installation date also depends on approval, materials and the shop schedule.
KEEP THE COMPANY RECOGNIZABLE
Another vehicle model may need a redesign or modifications to your current design to fit. A pickup door and the side of a van offer very different spaces.
We can keep the same company look while adjusting the size and position of the graphics. Paint color, equipment and required markings may also need changes. You’ll review and approve the updated layout before we make it.
These Ground Control design previews show the same blue and green branding adapted for an F-350 single cab, F-550 extended cab and enclosed trailer.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Possibly, if you own or can authorize the files and they are usable. Missing fonts, images, color references or permissions may mean additional work is needed.
No. The written proposal defines the included proof rounds and what counts as a revision. A new direction or expanded project can require additional pricing.
We check the finished work against the approved proof. If our work differs, we review how to address it under the applicable terms. Correcting a spelling, number or other detail you approved may require new design, printing and installation charges.
