A CLEAR BASIS FOR YOUR DECISION

Compare the Work Before You Compare the Price

We do not publish one flat rate for commercial vehicle graphics because the vehicle, coverage, artwork, materials and preparation vary. Two door logos, a partial wrap and a fully branded van require different work.

Start with the examples below. We will review your vehicle, recommend suitable coverage and identify the work and price in writing.

Vehicle-Specific Written Quote

Know the planned graphics, included preparation and design work, materials, installation and any separate items before you approve the project.

CHOOSE THE COVERAGE THAT FITS

Do You Need Lettering, a Partial Wrap or a Full Wrap?

Vehicle lettering
A readable company name, main service and contact information may be everything your vehicle needs.
Spot graphics
Add individual logos, branded shapes or visual elements while keeping the original vehicle color visible.
Partial wraps
Connect branded areas across selected vehicle panels, using the original paint as part of the design.
Full wraps
Create more extensive visual coverage. Your written proposal defines the included panels and any areas that stay original.

On the same vehicle, lettering often uses less film and installation work than a broad printed wrap. Design requirements and vehicle condition can change that comparison. You do not need the most extensive coverage to achieve a professional appearance.

UNDERSTAND THE PRICE

What Shapes Your Proposal

Two similar-looking vans can need different work. Dimensions, included panels, existing graphics, paint condition, artwork readiness and material choices all affect the proposal, along with installation complexity and scheduling.

How much you want to change

A logo on the doors needs less material and installation time than graphics across a van. The size and shape of your vehicle matter too.

How much design help you need

You might have a usable logo and a clear idea, or need help rebuilding artwork and creating a new look. We’ll explain the design work included in your quote.

The finish you choose

Different films and finishes have different costs. Printed graphics also need the right protective clear layer. Special colors or materials can add to the work.

What is already on the vehicle

Old graphics may need removing first. Damaged paint, previous repairs or coatings can also mean extra preparation or areas we cannot wrap.

How many vehicles you have

We quote the vehicles you need done. Another model may need a redesign or changes to your current design so it fits properly.

When you need the work done

Tell us your deadline and how long each vehicle can be away from work. Tight deadlines, difficult access or a request for work at your location need a separate review.

REVIEW THE DETAILS BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Know What Your Written Proposal Includes

Defined for your project

  • Vehicle or vehicle list
  • Approved artwork and included coverage
  • Film, print materials and protective laminate or finish where applicable
  • Design work and revision allowance
  • Surface preparation
  • Installation
  • Exclusions and optional work
  • Old-graphic removal, where agreed
  • Schedule and vehicle downtime
  • Applicable warranty and payment terms

The proposal identifies which items are included, charged separately or excluded. A changed design, added vehicle or newly discovered preparation need may require a revised price and schedule.

FROM YOUR LOGO TO THE FINISHED LOOK

Plan the Artwork and Approve the Final Layout

Graphic Design & Proofing: Defined in written proposal

Have a logo and an idea?

We’ll review your files and plan how the design fits your vehicle. Design may be included, limited, credited or quoted separately. Your proposal will make that clear.

Need help creating the look?

We can discuss artwork repairs, layout ideas and the changes you want to make. The proposal explains the included design work and revisions before you decide to proceed.

DESIGN PREVIEW

You’ll review a design preview, called a proof, and approve the final version in writing before production. A new logo, different vehicle or major change of direction may change the price. A screen preview shows the design direction but cannot guarantee an exact color match to the finished graphics.

A FEW THINGS TO CHECK FIRST

Plan Removal, Rebranding and Specialty Work

Existing Graphic Removal

Quoted after inspection
We need to see the old film and paint before pricing removal. Brittle graphics and stubborn adhesive take more work. Removal can also reveal paint damage or lift weak paint.

Specialty Media / Approved Windows

Quoted after manual review
Ask us about reflective graphics, window graphics or a special finish. We need to check the material, placement, visibility and applicable requirements before confirming what we can offer.

Vinyl won’t repair dents, rust or peeling paint. We’ll point out any areas that need attention before graphics can be installed.

A MATCHING LOOK FOR THE TEAM

Coordinate the Vehicles You Have and the Ones Coming Next

Two black GMC pickups with coordinated red business graphics
Project-specific proposal

We can carry the same logo, colors and message across your vehicles, with adjustments to suit each model. Let us know which vehicles you want done first and how long you can spare them.

Matching vehicles and an existing design may save some work. A mixed fleet may need more design changes. We quote the whole project; a larger vehicle count does not automatically mean a discount.

Plan your fleet graphics

KEEP YOUR BUSINESS MOVING

Separate the Project Timeline from Vehicle Downtime

Installation time depends on the size of the job and whether old graphics need to come off. Design, your approval and printing happen before installation, so the whole project takes longer than the time your vehicle is at the shop.

Tell us your deadline and how long you can be without the vehicle. We’ll confirm the schedule after reviewing the design, materials and work involved. For a fleet, we can discuss completing vehicles in stages.

Plan transportation and payment before booking. A loaner may be available for qualifying multi-day installations totaling at least $1,995. Uber assistance may be available up to $80 total round trip. Eligibility, availability, insurance, scheduling and written terms apply. Financing is subject to approval and current terms. Tell us about purchase orders, billing contacts and which vehicles need to stay in service; fleet billing arrangements require confirmation.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Commercial Graphics Pricing Questions

Why isn't there one advertised price for commercial vehicle graphics?

The exact vehicle, coverage, artwork, materials and preparation vary. Existing graphics, paint condition, installation complexity and scheduling can also change the work. We review those details and provide a written proposal for your project.

What do I need to provide for an accurate commercial graphics quote?

Share the vehicle or fleet details you know, your preferred coverage and target date. Photos, logo files, body configuration and any existing graphics or paint concerns help us refine the quote. You can start without final artwork, exact dimensions or a purchased vehicle.

Does a full wrap include the roof and windows?

Only if they are listed in your proposal. We’ll show you the areas being wrapped and what stays original, including any decisions about bumpers, trim and door openings.

What should I check on the design preview?

Check the spelling, phone number, website, logos and where the graphics go. Test any QR code. You supply and approve required marking details and permissions; a design preview does not confirm legal compliance.

Can I have graphics on a leased vehicle?

Possibly. Check with the owner or leasing company first. You are responsible for their requirements and the vehicle’s return condition.

How long will the graphics last?

Film, sun exposure, washing, storage and daily use all affect how graphics age. Roofs and other exposed areas may age sooner. Follow the care instructions, avoid harsh chemicals and close-range pressure washing, and have lifting or damage checked promptly.

What warranty is included?

Qualifying installations have a one-year Kickin’ Customs workmanship warranty under written terms. Manufacturer coverage depends on the materials and application. Failing paint, damage and advertising results are not covered by the workmanship warranty.

Do I get the editable design files?

Only if your proposal includes them. Tell us before we quote if you need files for another use or another graphics company. Fonts and stock images can have separate licensing restrictions.

Will the graphics bring in more calls?

They can make the business easier to recognize. Calls and sales depend on more than the graphics, so we cannot guarantee those results.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

What Do We Need to Prepare Your Quote?

You can begin without final artwork, exact dimensions or a vehicle you have already purchased. These details help us refine your proposal when available.

  • Vehicle details: Year, make, model and body configuration, including roof height and wheelbase where applicable.
  • One vehicle or a fleet: Number of vehicles and whether the models match.
  • Current condition: Photos from multiple angles, plus any existing vinyl, repairs or paint concerns.
  • Branding and coverage: Your logo or existing branding files, and whether you want lettering, a partial wrap, a full wrap or help choosing.
  • Timing: Your target date and when each vehicle can be available.
  • Design approval: The person responsible for approving the final layout.

Photos and artwork can follow after we confirm how to send them. No upload or completed specification is required to contact the shop.
