For passengers, rideshare, or authorized business use, choose Drone XC2 with a compatible interior camera or the three-camera BlackVue Box package.
The compatible interior-camera add-on is $199 installed. The totals below already include three cameras; the Box package is not charged for a second interior camera.
Three cameras do not equal 360-degree exterior coverage. Camera angles and blind spots remain. Interior recording needs appropriate privacy, passenger or employee notice, and consent review.

These are recording-storage examples, not parking-battery runtime. Other cameras and settings differ; higher quality, extra cameras, protected files, and parking activity change the usable history. BlackVue’s recording-time guide.
Momento M8 Max supports up to 256GB. The other listed systems offer 512GB. Use a compatible high-endurance card, check playback, and save important clips before loop recording overwrites them. Memory cards wear with use.

What continues after installation?
Local Wi-Fi: near the vehicle
Your phone connects directly to the powered camera for supported settings, playback, and downloads. Momento uses this local approach. It does not mean you can check the vehicle from across town.
LTE / Cloud: supported remote access
Drone XC2 or a compatible connected BlackVue can add remote viewing, eligible alerts, GPS access, and Cloud features. You need supported hardware, an account, active service, app permissions, signal, and current platform availability.
An alert or uploaded preview is separate from a full local recording. Not every event uploads, and delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Save important original footage promptly.
- Drone XC2
- LTE hardware is included in the listed package. Connected features require a separate active DroneMobile Dash Cam plan. Current features, data, renewals, and pricing are set by the manufacturer. Review current DroneMobile plans.
- BlackVue ELITE 9 / ELITE 10
- Optional compatible LTE module: $199 installed. Nano SIM, carrier service, cellular data, and any paid Cloud service are separate.
- DR970X LTE Plus II

How much does a complete dashcam installation cost?
Front-and-rear packages start at $599 installed with 64GB for Momento M8 Max. The matrices show every listed storage tier. Camera choice, optional equipment, and vehicle-specific work determine the final written quote.
What is included in the installed price?
The listed cameras and compatible storage, standard hardwire installation, concealed wiring, eligible parking-mode setup, app configuration, testing, and owner orientation. Optional equipment, specialty vehicle work, and connected subscriptions are separate.
Which dashcam should I choose?
Start with the four-question selector. Momento offers straightforward local evidence; XC2 adds built-in LTE and an optional interior view. BlackVue choices emphasize dual-4K resolution, built-in LTE, premium balance, or a separate recorder.
Which system has the highest front and rear resolution?
BlackVue ELITE 10 records 4K front and 4K rear. Higher resolution does not guarantee readable plates, faces, or capture of every incident.
Can I choose front, rear, and interior cameras?
Yes. Drone XC2 3CH and our BlackVue DR770X Box 3CH package provide those three views. The compatible interior-camera add-on is $199 installed. Three cameras still leave blind spots and are not 360-degree exterior coverage. Passenger and employee notice, consent, and privacy require review.
Does installed pricing include LTE or Cloud service?
No. Drone XC2 and DR970X LTE include LTE hardware, but active connected service is separate. Compatible ELITE systems can add a $199 installed LTE module. SIM, carrier data, and applicable paid Cloud plans are separate; compatibility and service availability must be confirmed.
How much storage should I choose?
Choose for your driving, parking activity, and how promptly you save footage. M8 Max offers up to 256GB; the other listed systems offer 512GB with compatible hardware and cards. More capacity adds possible history, not guaranteed hours or days. Resolution, camera count, settings, protected files, and card health matter.
Do I need the $499 parking battery?
Not always. The battery option is for compatible BlackVue systems and can reduce reliance on the starting battery. Your charging routine and camera power needs must be reviewed; no overnight or multi-day runtime is guaranteed.
Can you install a dashcam I already own?
Yes, after review. Customer-supplied dashcam installation is $350 covering the two-hour minimum. We review the exact vehicle, complete camera kit, storage, and power requirements first. Missing hardware, extra cameras, parking batteries, troubleshooting, repairs, and additional work are separate. Kickin’ Customs provides no product or installation warranty on customer-supplied equipment.
Will every vehicle adjustment apply, including on an EV or hybrid?
No. Adjustments are neither automatic nor automatically stacked. We review the actual vehicle, access, and work required. EVs and hybrids also need individual power and sleep-behavior review. Your written quote confirms what applies.
