FOCUSED BUSINESS BRANDING

A Clear Name. A Professional First Impression.

Your business name, logo and useful contact information can make a work vehicle recognizable without extensive printed coverage. Lettering and individual graphics let the vehicle’s paint stay part of the look.

Make the Important Information Easy to Recognize

  1. Your business name.
  2. What your business does.
  3. How customers can contact you.

Customers may see your vehicle briefly, from a distance or from different directions. Prioritize a readable name, a clear service and useful contact details over filling every available area with text.

MAKE THE SPACE WORK

Put the Information Where It Can Be Read

Doors and side panels are common places for the company name and service. The rear is useful for contact details. A hood, tailgate or trailer may offer more room, depending on the vehicle.

We position the graphics around handles, windows and equipment so they are easy to read and do not get in the way of opening doors or compartments.

Your paint color becomes the background. A logo that is easy to read on a white van may need a different color or layout on a dark pickup.

Can you work from a photo?

Photos help us get started. We also confirm the measurements before making the graphics, since body length, doors and added equipment can change the space available.

We’ll show you where the lettering will go before you approve it. Ask separately about window or reflective graphics so we can check what is suitable.

Selecting an area automatically adds it to the inquiry form below. Choose more than one area, or choose Help Me Choose. You can review and edit the requested graphics and areas before continuing to contact details. Final placement depends on the actual vehicle and approved layout.

Need DOT Numbers or Other Required Markings?

Your business must supply and confirm the wording, identification numbers, required sizing and positioning, and any other applicable marking requirements. We plan and install the approved graphics, but design approval does not establish legal or regulatory compliance.

Keep lights, plates, sensors, doors and necessary access points clear.

WORK WITH THE LOGO YOU HAVE

Start With Your Logo and the Right Material

Bring the logo and colors you already use. We’ll check the files and help you work out what will look clear on your vehicle.

Simple letters and shapes

We can make names, numbers and simple logos from solid-color film. Tiny letters or fine details may need to be larger so they are easier to make and read.

More color and detail

A printed graphic can work for a full-color logo, photograph or illustration. We check that your image is clear enough for the size you want and choose the appropriate protective finish.

Send the original logo file if you have it. A screenshot may need rebuilding, which can cost extra. Please make sure you have permission to use any artwork you provide.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP

Discuss, Review, Approve and Install

  1. Tell us what the business needs

Share the name, main service, contact details, vehicle and the areas you want lettered.

  2. Review the vehicle and proposal

We look at your vehicle and quote the lettering, design help and installation you need.

  3. Check and approve the proof

We send a design preview, called a proof. Check the wording, numbers, logo, colors and placement. Your decision-maker approves the final version in writing before we make the graphics.

  4. Install and review the result

We make and install the approved graphics, then go over the finished vehicle and how to care for them.

BEFORE WE BOOK THE VEHICLE

Review Old Graphics and Paint Before Scheduling

Show us any existing graphics, repairs or damage when you request a quote.

Will it cover damaged paint?

No. Chips, dents and rough repairs can still show. Peeling paint or rust needs attention first. Let us know about repainting or coatings so we can check those areas.

Can you remove old lettering?

We can quote removal after seeing the graphics and paint. An outline may remain where the paint has aged differently, and old film can pull at weak or repaired paint.

What Affects Your Quote

Your vehicle, graphic dimensions, number of areas, cut or printed graphics, film and colors all affect the quote. Logo preparation, design help, installation requirements and removal of old lettering can also add work.

Installation Timing

Lettering usually takes less installation time than a larger wrap. We still need to prepare the design and make the graphics first. We’ll confirm the schedule once those details are approved. Tell us your deadline and how long the vehicle can be away from work.

Transportation & Payment

Many smaller lettering projects do not qualify for a loaner. Qualifying multi-day installations totaling at least $1,995 may be eligible, subject to availability, insurance and written terms. Uber assistance may be available up to $80 total round trip.

Financing is subject to approval. Confirm transportation eligibility, fleet purchase orders and billing arrangements before booking.

ONE VEHICLE OR THE NEXT TEN

Carry the Same Business Identity to Your Next Vehicle

We can use the same logo, colors and message across your fleet. Different vehicle models may need adjusted layouts so the branding remains clear and consistent.

Light and dark vehicles may need different lettering colors so the name stays easy to read.

Tell us which vehicles you need done first and how long you can spare each one. When you add a vehicle, we’ll check that the design and contact information are still right.

AFTER THE INSTALLATION

Keep Your Graphics Looking Professional

Wash with the edges in mind

Follow the written care instructions. Use approved products and soft tools, and avoid close pressure washing, scraping or picking at the graphics.

Check small details and working areas

Letter edges near doors and loading areas can receive more wear. Report lifting or damage before washing and daily use make it worse.

Plan for future changes

New lettering may not match weathered graphics exactly. Sometimes a coordinated group needs replacing when the phone number, artwork or vehicle changes.

Qualifying installations include a one-year workmanship warranty under the written terms. Manufacturer coverage is separate and product-specific. Damage, harsh washing and failing paint are not workmanship defects. There is no single lifespan for every graphic.

Wait seven days before washing, and follow the material-specific directions supplied at pickup. Use gentle washing and keep pressure away from edges. Read the Vinyl Wrap Maintenance Guide.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Vehicle Lettering Questions

Can I start with just the doors?

Yes, when the doors are suitable and the layout communicates the business clearly. The proof and proposal confirm the actual graphics and placements.

Can you use photographs or a detailed logo?

Printed spot graphics may suit those designs. We review image quality, usage rights, size and placement before confirming the work.

Can you add a QR code?

It may work as a close-range option when size, contrast and placement are suitable. Check the live destination before approval, and keep a readable contact method for people seeing the vehicle on the road.

Can the work be done at our business?

Off-site work is reviewed case by case. Indoor space, access, temperature, lighting, equipment and fleet scheduling affect whether it is practical and how it is quoted.

Does lettering protect the paint?

It covers small areas and is not a paint-protection service. It does not prevent general chips, scratches, corrosion or wear.

Will it bring in more business?

Clear graphics help people identify the company, but they do not guarantee calls, leads or sales.

Let’s review your vehicle.

Let’s plan your vehicle lettering.

Tell us what you know about the vehicle and the result you want. A rough fleet description is enough to start. Other project preferences are optional, and you do not need finished artwork. We will review the details before confirming a price or appointment.

If your job needs logo rebuilding, old-graphic removal or other extra work, we’ll explain it in the quote. Paint repairs, specialty graphics and work at your location need a separate discussion.
