A new car may still benefit from polishing, even when the paint looks good. Transport, storage and washing can leave light marks or contamination. On suitable glossy paint, polishing helps refine the surface as part of preparing it for a strong coating bond. We then remove polishing oils and residue so the coating can bond directly to the prepared finish. The right preparation is about adhesion as well as appearance; it does not always require aggressive paint correction.

Core does not include machine polishing. Plus and Elite include one-step polishing on suitable paint. Signature and Signature Complete include two-step correction where safe. Matte paint, satin paint and existing PPF need preparation suited to those materials.

Yes, if the film or finish is suitable. We check its condition, age and previous treatments before recommending a coating. Matte and satin finishes need an approach that preserves their low-sheen appearance.

XPEL FUSION PLUS SATIN is intended for suitable matte or satin paint and XPEL STEALTH PPF. Its documented four-year warranty applies to eligible paint. We confirm coating warranty coverage for existing PPF separately with your quote.

The main paint-coating packages cover the paint and compatible existing PPF listed in your quote. Wheels, glass, trim and upholstery are additional unless the package says they are included.

Signature Complete includes wheel faces and inner barrels, calipers, suitable exterior trim, suitable upholstery and fabric, the windshield, side and rear glass, and a standard sunroof or panoramic glass roof.

Each surface has its own product terms. Interior PPF is a separate service. Alcantara and suede are excluded from upholstery coating.

Ceramic coating makes cleaning easier, but it will not make your vehicle scratch-proof or chip-proof. Water can still leave mineral spots if it dries on the surface.

For physical protection against rock chips and road debris, consider paint protection film. Coating does not repair existing scratches or chips. Regular washing and prompt removal of harmful contamination matter with either service.

For coated paint and compatible PPF, wait seven days before washing and treat the finish gently for roughly two to three weeks. This is our shop’s handling guidance.

Initial dry periods depend on the product, and glass, wheel and upholstery coatings can have different instructions. Follow the pickup guidance we give you. If bird droppings or other harmful contamination land on the vehicle during that period, contact us promptly for help.

Yes. Ceramic coating still needs regular washing. Follow the inspection and record requirements for your product, including required visits to the original installer. Inspection or maintenance charges may apply.

Signature and Signature Complete include the first annual maintenance wash. This is separate from a formal warranty inspection.

A warranty period is not a promise that the coating will last that long in every situation or keep beading water without care.
