All four packages include a hand wash, inspection, removal of bonded dirt and residue, preparation for the coating, a final check, and aftercare instructions. Multi-year packages include warranty registration support.
Core has no machine polishing. Plus and Elite include one polishing stage. Signature includes a cutting stage followed by finer polishing where safe, infrared-assisted curing where appropriate, and the first annual maintenance wash.
Glass, wheels, calipers, trim, upholstery, repairs, mineral restoration, wet sanding, PPF installation, and polishing beyond the chosen package are separate unless listed in your quote. Additional surface coatings use products suited to those materials. We inspect existing PPF for film type, age, condition, previous treatments, and warranty compatibility before coating. A longer product warranty does not replace regular care, and more polishing is not automatically safer or better for every paint finish.

Yes, if the coating is suitable for your film. We check the film’s type, age, condition and any previous treatments before recommending the work.
We also review warranty compatibility. Coating can make suitable PPF easier to clean, but it cannot repair damaged film. Any replacement film is a separate service.
No. Ceramic coating helps with cleaning and resistance to everyday contamination, but it does not make your vehicle scratch-proof. It does not stop rock chips, dents, door dings, curb rash or impact damage.
If rock chips and road debris are your main concern, consider paint protection film. Compatible PPF and ceramic coating can be used together.
Yes. Water can leave minerals behind as it dries, even on a coated surface. The coating helps water shed and makes cleaning easier, but it cannot prevent every spot or stain.
Wash with suitable products, dry the vehicle carefully and remove contamination promptly. If spots will not come off with normal washing, contact us before using strong chemicals or abrasive products.
