Connected Security / DroneMobile
When your vehicle is beyond remote range.
Your remote
Communicates directly with the vehicle within usable radio range. Buildings, concrete, metal, terrain, interference and how you carry it affect that range.
Your phone
DroneMobile uses installed cellular hardware and a supported app to provide eligible alerts and controls beyond normal radio range. Connected Security includes DroneMobile X2 hardware and a 30-day trial.
An eligible active subscription is required after the trial. Connected features also need cellular service, power, supported events, account setup and the right app permissions.
GPS capability depends on installed hardware, the selected plan and system support. Coverage, GPS availability or accuracy, notification timing and delivery are not guaranteed.

What is not automatically included?
You can choose additions that suit your vehicle. Unless listed in your quote, the package does not include the T13 upgrade, Glass Break Detection, specialty sensors or cargo monitoring, a GPS subscription, remote start, IGLA, SPYNEX, a dashcam, a backup battery, a battery-backup siren or extra remotes.
Prior electrical repair, existing-system removal, transfer work, dealer programming, towing and recovery services are also separate. We discuss any relevant work before you book.
Vehicle-specific planning
Your vehicle is part of the system.
Year, make, model, trim, powertrain, transmission and start method can affect the installation. We also review your factory alarm, digital key, factory app, existing remote start and other electronics.
Tell us about previous installation work, battery concerns, warning lights or electrical faults. Some vehicles need additional integration, inspection or alternate hardware; some requested features may not be supported.

A realistic plan is a useful plan
Know what added protection can do.
An alarm can detect supported events, trigger supported responses and report eligible information. It cannot guarantee theft prevention, vehicle recovery, detection of every event, every notification, remote range, cellular coverage, GPS availability or zero false alarms. T13 does not guarantee three-mile real-world range; Connected Security does not guarantee cellular communication.
Do not confront someone or pursue a vehicle after an alert. Use police or emergency services when appropriate.
Equipment coverage and installation workmanship have separate terms. Keep your records and maintain remote batteries and any active services.

Choose Essential Security for local response and one-way control, 2-Way Security for eligible feedback to a dedicated remote, or Connected Security for remote feedback plus supported phone alerts. All three start with impact + tilt detection and supported opening monitoring.
Why does Connected Security show a lower monthly payment than 2-Way Security?
Monthly examples may use different financing terms based on purchase amount. Essential Security starts at $449 installed or $75/mo; 2-Way Security at $599 or $100/mo; Connected Security at $799 or $69/mo. Subject to credit approval and current financing terms. Ask for details.
Does 2-Way Security have more sensors, and is glass-break detection included?
Two-way describes communication back to the remote, not extra detection. All three packages include impact + tilt detection. Glass Break Detection is a +$75 option for any package, adding detection for the sound of breaking automotive glass while retaining impact and tilt monitoring.
What is the T13 Long-Range Remote Upgrade?
For +$399, or an added $67/mo, upgrade either 2-Way Security or Connected Security to a PRO T13 full-color LCD remote and R5 companion remote. They replace the standard remote setup and provide supported command confirmation and alarm feedback with up to 3 miles advertised maximum RF range. The monthly example is for the upgrade only, subject to credit approval and current financing terms. Ask for details.
Does T13 need DroneMobile or a cellular subscription?
T13 itself does not need DroneMobile or a cellular subscription for normal RF operation. With 2-Way Security, DroneMobile is not added. With Connected Security, DroneMobile X2 remains included, with a 30-day trial and an eligible subscription required afterward for connected service. You can have both T13 range and supported phone alerts.
Is three-mile T13 range guaranteed?
No. Three miles is the advertised maximum RF range. Actual working range varies with buildings, concrete, metal, interference, terrain, surroundings, vehicle location and how the remote is carried.
Does Connected Security require a subscription, and does it include GPS?
DroneMobile X2 hardware and a 30-day trial are included. An eligible active subscription is required afterward. GPS availability depends on installed hardware, the selected service plan, cellular service and system support. Coverage and alert delivery are not guaranteed.
Does an alarm package or the T13 upgrade include remote start?
No. The three packages are alarm-only, and T13 changes the remote system without adding remote start. Alarm + Remote Start is separately quoted where the vehicle supports it.
Can I add IGLA or SPYNEX?
On supported vehicles, a separately quoted IGLA or SPYNEX immobilizer can add owner authorization intended to help prevent unauthorized driving. Alarm starter-disable does not replace that separate system.

Your vehicle, required integration, existing electronics and installation needs affect the quote. T13, additional sensors, protected areas and other selected equipment can change the price. We confirm compatibility and the written installed price before scheduling.
