FROM ONE VEHICLE TO THE NEXT

Whether you have one work truck or a fleet of vans, your vehicles should look like they belong to the same business. We carry your logo, colors, and message across each vehicle, with a layout that fits its size and shape.
As your business grows, we can use your approved design as the starting point for additional vehicles. We’ll help you plan installations around your schedule and keep the look consistent from one vehicle to the next.
Keep logos, colors, contact information, and overall appearance recognizable across the fleet.
Adapt the design to different sizes, body styles, doors, equipment, and paint colors.
Keep approved design information organized so replacement vehicles, new units, and branding updates are easier to plan.
COMPLETED COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Genuine commercial work, from individual lettering projects to connected graphics and coordinated company vehicles.
Printed commercial graphics bring the company name and services across the van’s large body panels, creating one clear branded appearance.
Matching red business graphics give the two GMC pickups a recognizable company look while working with each truck’s body.
Sunflower graphics and business lettering work with the Transit’s existing blue paint, making that color part of the finished design.
FROM YOUR LOGO TO YOUR VEHICLE
We design, print, and install, with customer review and written approval before production.
Start with your business name, what you do, and an easy-to-read phone number or website. Original logo files are helpful; we’ll explain any artwork cleanup or design work needed.
Review the vehicle layout, coverage, spelling, contact details, and required markings. Written approval comes before printing. Later changes can affect the price and schedule.
Materials and preparation depend on how you use the vehicle and its condition. Tell us about old graphics, body repairs, or paint damage so we can review the work before installation.
The written proposal defines design work, concepts, proof rounds, vehicle adaptations, color samples, file deliverables, usage rights, and exclusions. Use images and logos you have permission to reproduce.
Screens, printed samples, paint colors, and older graphics can look different. A digital proof shows layout and color direction, not an exact color guarantee. Tell us about critical company colors early so we can agree on a reference, samples, and the person responsible for approval.
Customers must check company information, claims, credentials, and required markings. You are responsible for confirming which markings apply, their exact content, size, contrast, placement, jurisdiction, and future updates. A design proof is not regulatory certification. QR codes need a readable size and placement and a maintained destination.
Fresh paint, weak clear coat, repainted panels, body filler, rust, coatings, silicone, fuel residue, old adhesive, and unknown repairs need review. Cleaning, removal, repairs, curing time, exclusions, or a revised coverage plan may be necessary.
A wrap will not fix dents or failing paint. Unstable damage must be corrected before suitable installation can be considered. Removal can reveal paint differences or lift weak, repaired, repainted, or previously damaged finishes; damage-free removal is not guaranteed.
Seams, overlaps, transitions, exposed paint, and excluded areas may remain visible. Window graphics, reflective materials, required markings, and specialty placements need separate review for the vehicle, visibility, product, and applicable requirements.
Commercial wrap film is not paint protection film or dependable rock-chip protection. Material life depends on exposure, washing, chemicals, abrasion, care, and damage. Graphics do not guarantee calls, leads, sales, or return on investment.

PLAN YOUR BUDGET
Simple door lettering and a full van wrap are very different projects. Send us your vehicle details, a few photos, and what you want to achieve. We’ll recommend an option and give you a written quote.
Vehicle type, dimensions and the areas receiving graphics shape the proposal. A small logo needs less material and installation time than graphics across the whole vehicle.
We’ll check whether your logo is ready to use, needs cleaning up, or needs to be developed into a new design. Film choice and printing also affect the price.
Old graphics may need removing before we start. Vehicle condition, the number of vehicles, scheduling and installation requirements also affect the work and price.
Planning graphics for just one vehicle? Use the same inquiry below.
Loaner vehicles may be available for qualifying multi-day installations totaling at least $1,995. Availability, insurance, driver eligibility, scheduling and written terms apply. Uber transportation may be available up to $80 total round trip. Confirm eligibility, availability, insurance, scheduling and current written terms for either transportation option before booking.
Financing is subject to approval and applicable lender terms. Confirm fleet purchase orders, billing arrangements and scheduling before booking.
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Share what you do, which vehicles need graphics, any logo files, and your target date. We’ll talk through the options and prepare a quote.
Review the vehicle-specific layouts and business details. Once the exact design has your written approval, we can prepare it for printing.
We order the materials and produce your graphics. Any old-graphic removal or extra preparation is planned before your installation.
We prepare the vehicle, install and check the graphics, then walk you through the finished work and washing instructions.
Design, approval, printing, preparation, and installation are separate phases. We confirm the scope, schedule, and expected vehicle downtime during quoting. Tell us which vehicles must stay in service so we can discuss a phased plan.
A requested date does not reserve production or installation capacity. Special timing, access, or installation arrangements require confirmation with the shop.

AFTER INSTALLATION
We’ll provide washing instructions for your graphics. Hand washing is preferred. Avoid brush washes, harsh cleaners, and close pressure at the edges. Clean spills and other mess promptly.
Wrap care guidanceIf graphics lift or get damaged, send us a photo. We’ll review whether a section can be replaced and explain any color difference you might see next to older graphics.
Changing your company name or selling a vehicle? Ask about removal or new graphics. We assess removal separately because old film and weak paint can make the job more involved. Paint damage during removal is possible.
Qualifying installations include a one-year Kickin’ Customs workmanship warranty, subject to written terms. Any manufacturer product coverage depends on the film used. Contact us about a concern and we’ll check it; everyday wear, damage, and paint problems are handled differently from installation issues.
Review workmanship termsWait seven days before washing, and follow the material-specific directions supplied at pickup. Use gentle washing and keep pressure away from edges. Read the Vinyl Wrap Maintenance Guide.
Age, fading, exposure, material availability, print profile, laminate and body repairs can affect replacement matching. Retain vehicle, proof, material, color, panel and installation records for future repair or replacement-unit review.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. A clear business name, logo, and phone number may be enough. A partial or full wrap gives you more room for color and imagery. We’ll help you decide what suits your message, vehicle, and budget.
Yes. We work with single business vehicles as well as fleets. If you have a mix of vans, trucks, trailers, or specialty vehicles, we can adapt the same company look to each one.
Send what you have. We can check the artwork and quote any cleanup or design help needed. Original logo files are helpful, but you don’t need to arrive with a finished vehicle design.
Yes. You’ll review a preview showing the design on your vehicle. Check the appearance, business details, and included areas carefully. We need written approval before printing, and later changes can affect cost and timing.
Those areas are included only when your quote lists them. Some surfaces cannot be wrapped reliably. We’ll explain what is included and where the original vehicle color will remain visible.
We quote each project individually. The size of the vehicle, amount of graphics, design help, materials, and any old-graphic removal affect the price. Send your vehicle details and photos so we can give you a useful recommendation and quote.

Design, approval, printing, preparation, and installation may require separate scheduling. Vehicle downtime depends on coverage, the vehicle and its condition, and the project size. We confirm timing during quoting before work begins.
Tell us what you know about the vehicle and the result you want. A rough fleet description is enough to start. Other project preferences are optional, and you do not need finished artwork. We will review the details before confirming a price or appointment.
