To secure your appointment, a credit card is required when booking.
● Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking.
● No hold will appear on your card.
● Payment is due upon pickup. We accept: Cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, Synchrony Car Care.
Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule, please call us to prevent a potential no-show fee. We are happy to find a new time that works for you.

Why do you need my credit card to book?
We require a card to hold your time slot in our schedule. Please be assured your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking, and no hold will appear on your card. It is only used to secure your appointment through our booking partner, Square.
When and how do I pay for my service?
Payment is due upon pickup of your vehicle. We accept Cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Synchrony Car Care.

Am I allowed to wait while my service is being done?
Yes, you are welcome to wait in our customer lounge. We have a large-screen TV with all the apps to keep you entertained, free WiFi, a coffee bar, snacks, and a laptop work station.
Do you offer after-hours drop-offs or pick-ups?
Yes. For after-hours drop-off, you can use the secure key drop slot located on the corner of the building. After-hours pick-ups are also available; please call us to coordinate the details.
How long will my service take?
Service times vary depending on the job. Your confirmation email will provide an estimated time frame for your specific service.
